RETURN/REFUND POLICY
 
General Returns Policy

All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. No refunds are given once gmonline.net begins working on your order, which means gmonline.net has received your necessary materials (i.e., artwork files and payment) and started work on your job (i.e., your job is in production).

In some cases, a partial or full refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been completed by gmonline.net for a specific order. Please note that such refund would be adjusted to cover any fees charged for proofs or other services associated with that order.

In some cases, an order may be voided the same day the order was placed as long as no work has been completed by gmonline.net for that order.

To request a refund you must contact gmonline.net at 800-821-2131 or email us at sales@gmonline.net along with the reason for your return.


Return Instructions

To return your folders:

  1. Securely pack the folder(s) in the original (or similar) shipping container.
  2. To ensure a fast and accurate refund, include a note or copy of the sales receipt or invoice with your name, mailing address and the reason you are returning the folder(s).
  3. Mail by U.S. Postal Service or UPS to:

Refund Procedures

  1. Return shipping charges are not refundable; however we will pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
  2. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed upon receipt of the folder(s) and according to your original payment method.
    1. Credit Card charges will be credited to the original Credit Card.
    2. Checks will be refunded by mail.
